My Breakfast and Lunch.....Keto Style sort of....chia seed power and hemp hearts power

I am a firm Believer in the chia seed pudding diet for breakfast.  I just weighted myself at the doctor today and i went from a weight of 185 pounds to 151 pounds in 3 to 4 months.  The olive oil diet really helps as well.  That's 34 pounds.  My A1C was 6.4 now 5.6.  Then 2 years after my 6.4 blood sugar now my fasting blood sugar is 5.2.  Praise The Lord For The Keto Diet!!!!

Take a classico tomato sauce jar and at the same time fill it 3/4th  full cup with water.  Put five tbsp of chia seeds into and a couple a dashes of cinnamon spice and mix.  Wait 2 minutes then mix again and stick in fridge till morning.  In morning, add the rest with water stir and drink keep adding water till finished drinking the chia seed drink.  

I drink a full small cup of unsweetened 30 calories Oat Milk.

Also eat four or five tbsp of hemp heart and drink with a glass of water.  do not chew just down it with water.  if you chew it, it will stick in teeth all day until brush and floss.

I take two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in the morning after breakfast.  Then i take 5 tbsp of Hemp Hearts.  And then two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil before bed.  This one from coscto is the best: Terra Delyssa Organic Biologique.  

If you're going to take to extra virgin olive oil routine, and you go to the washroom regularly.  Start off with 1 tbsp for a month then add one for 15 days then add one more for 15 days then add the last one for 15 days.  basically every 15 days add a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.  Your Body will adjust....................................................Drinking Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kills Cancer cells.  Do your own research!

Chia seeds & Hemp Hearts i get from costco as it is the best deal around for them.  And i get the hemp hearts from costco as well its the best deal around.  DO NOT EAT CHIA SEEDS IF YOU HAVE THE CONDITION DIVERTICULOSIS! AS IT WILL HARM YOUR BODY!

LUNCH:

I Eat one full handfuls of almond nuts.  Then three mini slices of mozzarella cheese.  Then 2 mini mandrin oranges.

Then i eat low carbs with dinner.  Carbs transform into sugars after digestion......30% of your daily meals should be Carbs.

I also eat five tbsp of almond and coconut yogurt from whole foods or safeway.

Also if you eat 1 tbsp of Pistachio's twice a day.  it is a great stress reliever.  increases sexual function.  The best deal on shelled Pistachio's is Costco, 1 bag is 640g is about $18.99 CAD around

Also Pomegranate Juice increases sperm count. in male and female.
