my curtesy car on highbury and 26th and stole my insurance papers!
Then they broke in a day later and put some rocks in the fan belt under my seat.
Not sure how they can get into my underground and into my car without being seen.
And also they turned on my car alarm yesterday at around 5pm.
I have no clue whp
