This is another book that showcases a personal history to get relief from DOD microwave harassment, for litigation or vanity--possibly all three. The author is a military veteran and has used those benefits all his life. He is lucky that he wasn't subjected to some deadly or lethal drug or virus to see how long it takes him to die. Military personnel were routinely used for experiments in the past and ---I might add--they and their families were very poorly compensated. As long as you have the National Security Act and these huge defense budgets this will go on. There is an element, a group of people, in the Defense Department who do not believe they are subject to the US Constitution or any human rights rules. As someone said they think this is "the ultimate weapon" and they are crazy to develop it, "crazy" being the key word here.. Maybe this book will raise public awareness a little bit. Thanks for writing it. .I would add that the "handlers" who operate this research "torture" equipment for the contractors are almost certainly double- and triple dipper (fellow) military and DOD retirees. Thanks again for writings it.
